HILARY NEWBERRY (nee Swannell) 15.05.1935 – 25.04.2021 My beloved wife died on Sunday 25th April at Westbourne Care Home, Hitchin after a long and valiant battle against Parkinson’s. Our great thanks to the carers and staff for their efforts to keep Hilary well and comfortable. At least she is now at peace and trouble-free. We were married for over 66 years and everyone will miss her greatly, especially myself, our two sons Stephen and Neil, their wives Lynn and Sandra and our grandchildren Emma, Christopher, Ian and Katrina. The funeral will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Wednesday 19th May at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Hilary can be made to Parkinson’s UK, via their website or direct to 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ.
