N[/E]e Phillips Passed away at home in Hitchin on 5th July 2021, after a long illness. Bess has lived in the Hitchin area all her adult life and was affectionately known for her loving and bubbly nature, with a resilient desire to help others, which showed in her career as a medical secretary at the QE2 hospital, Welwyn, and her voluntary work with Age Concern. The memorial service will be held at St Mary's Church Hitchin on Tuesday 3rd August at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Lewy Body Society or Marie Curie.
