(née Hambleton) Sadly passed away on Sunday 23rd January aged 47. Deeply missed by her daughter Lucy, son Jamie, mother Sue and sister Claire. Funeral service will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Tuesday15th February at 12.30pm. Family flowers only.
